Welcome to the wonderful world of Domains, Kingdoms, Phylums, organisms, and cells! With this project, we will be learning about all of the above, and then concentrating on the microscopic world. So, get your microscope ready and let's get started!
**Please note: ALL ASSIGNMENTS and TASKS will be discussed in class and assigned on Google Classroom. This page is just an outline of possible tasks. DO NOT do anything listed here UNLESS it is assigned on Google Classroom.

Task #2
Cells Alive!
Task #2 has a few parts. The video will be viewed on Edpuzzle, but you may watch it here as well without the questions embedded in it. The website we will use is: “Cells Alive!” In the center, follow the on-screen directions and choose “animal cell” or "plant cell". This interactive cell tells you each part of the cell when you point to it with your mouse. If you click on the part, a description will appear.

Create a bar graph and a pie graph to display the following information based on your chart from Task #3. Be sure to label each graph and give each a title. Utilize Google Drive and Google Sheet to create them.

Microscope Types - FIELDSCOPE TASK
This task has two parts. First, you will watch a short video on microscope parts. Then, you will utilize the Fieldscopes and a program called Lucidpress on your Google Drive. Be sure to read all the requirements and make sure you complete all parts. Please see the sample document to the left for all the specifications. This document is also in Google Classroom and hanging on the wall in the classroom.
